  1. Information
    The accommodation information provided on our web site and by our reservation centre is supplied by each apartment. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that all information provided online, by telephone and facsimile is accurate, 162 gloucester place.com cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions it may inadvertently contain.

  2. Availability
    Confirmations are made by 162 gloucester place.com on the basis of availability information supplied by apartments. In the unlikely event that a apartment is not available after162 gloucester place.com has issued a confirmation to a guest, 162 gloucester place.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a full refund to the guest. Under such circumstances162 gloucester place.com’s liability is limited to the payment received for the accommodation booked via162 gloucester place.com and now being cancelled. This liability does not extend to travel commitments or other costs. In such an event we would naturally do all we can to offer alternative but equivalent accommodation.

  3. Extending Your Stay
    Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and are subject to a possible rate change.

  4. Preauthorisation
    Upon arrival 162 gloucester place.com reserves the right to request preauthorisation of the guest credit or debit card for £200 per apartment as security against any damage and incidentals. A passport or driving licence may also be requested as proof of identification on arrival.

  5. Damage Liability
    It is expected that the apartments are left in a clean and tidy order. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents during your stay which has occurred due to negligence or omission. Any damage must be reported to us without delay. Any lost property will be held for 14 days and if it is not claimed it will be donated to a local charity. You will be held responsible for the keys to the apartment at £100 per set if lost or damaged. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge guests who cause disturbance to other guests and tenants.

  6. Payments & Confirmations
    In order to confirm your reservation162 gloucester place.com requires a 30% deposit of the total value of the booking, the balance of which is due on arrival. All major debit/credit cards, American Express and bank transfers. Credit card payments will be subject to a 2.5% charge. Amex cards will be subject to a 4% charge. No charge applies to debit cards. Please note that a reservation remains a provisional one until the deposit/full payment has been received.

  7. Cancellations and alterations
    If you need to cancel or change your accommodation please provide 162 gloucester place.com with 28 days notice. All cancellations need to be received by 162 gloucester place.com in writing either by e-mail or fax and will only be effective on the date of written receipt. 162 gloucester place.com advises guests to obtain personal travel insurance covering their accommodation.
    The following fees will be applied to the total value of the reservation for any cancellations received within 28 days of the arrival date:

28 Days = 10% Cancellation Fee
14 Days = 100% Cancellation Fee

Refunds are credited to the card/method used for payment.
Alteration fee – all alterations will incur a £10.00 Admin fee.

  1. Accepted forms of payment
    All major debit/credit cards, American Express and bank transfers. Please note that a reservation remains a provisional one until the deposit/full payment has been received.

  2. Occupants
    Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the apartment. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded.

  3. Complaints
    162 gloucester place.com has made every reasonable effort to ensure the freshness, quality and value of your accommodation. In the event of a complaint, guests may contact 162 gloucester place.com during their stay at the apartment and we will do our utmost to assist you. However, ultimately we cannot accept liability for guest dissatisfaction with a apartment.
